I have entered an incorrect address. What do I do now?

If you notice an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email to confirm. Kindly notify us via email at Shop@luxeworldapparel.com within 24 hours. If the address is incorrect, we can update it to the correct one within that timeframe. No refunds will be given after 24 hours for incorrect address submissions.

SHIPPING + DELIVERY

We will select the best carrier and shipping method based on the size and weight of your order.

Production Time: Please allow 4–7 days for production before shipping.
Shipping Time: Average delivery time is 15–21 business days, depending on your location.
Tracking Numbers: These will be updated 3–5 days after your order has been shipped.
If you don't receive a tracking number within 7 business days, please email us at Shop@luxeworldapparel.com Backordered items will only be charged once they have been dispatched. Delivery is to your door and does not include unpacking or assembly.

RETURN

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for defective or damaged products.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns must be pre-approved. Contact us before sending back any goods, as unauthorized returns will be refused.
Approved returns must include an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) form, which will be provided by Customer Service. The RMA number must be written clearly on the package.
Refunds for approved returns will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment. Returns after 7 days may incur a restocking fee.

DAMAGED GOODS

If an item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of receipt:

For obvious package damage, note the condition on the waybill or refuse the delivery.
Goods in your possession for more than 48 hours cannot be claimed for damage.
