At Luxe World Apparel, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them.
  • All original tags and packaging must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

To start a return, please contact us at shop@luxeworldapparel.com. Once approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized/custom products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale/clearance items

Exchanges

For the fastest service, return the item you no longer need. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for your preferred item.

European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. The item must meet the same conditions as listed above (unused, unworn, with tags, and original packaging).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
